Multi-unit, Freehold, detached “French Country” inspired singles in a 5 phase, master-planned community in Oakville. Other builders involved at Bronte Creek included Fernbrook, Monarch and Branthaven Homes.


Traditional Condominium Townhomes - Mississauga

This project represented a development and construction endeavour for an investor group. It represents traditional 3 storey condominium townhomes in a central Mississauga location.

A 75,000 square foot commercial office development. The 2 storey glass and steel buildings sit at the “gateway” to Oakville with excellent exposure to the Queen Elizabeth Highway.

The site sits adjacent to Sixteen Mile Creek in Oakville, only steps away from the Oakville GO Train station. This project represented the highest density and tallest height approvals ever in Halton Region This site was sold in 2012 to a Condominium builder.
